Farnham Maltings
The speaker next year will be John Belchem, Emeritus Professor of History at Liverpool University. Having worked on Mike Leigh’s Peterloo film released in 2018, he is well placed to discuss Peterloo, Henry Hunt and William Cobbett.
As usual tickets will be available from about August through the Maltings box office.
Next year’s Rural Ride will as usual follow Cobbett’s travels through Southern England. The route is being planned, but the date is fixed – Sunday 30th June, 2019.

The AGM in 2019 wil be on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 at the Museum of Farnham. Confirmation of the date and full details will be posted here when they are finalised.
